Our initial service starts at $180. Then your quarterly scheduled service will be at a consistent rate. The average home is typically $110-$120 Quarterly. These prices vary depending on the size of the home and the amount of work needed.
We do need you home for the initial service so that we can get access to the inside of the home. For your regularly scheduled services you do not have to be home unless you want us to service the inside of the home. We will service the perimeter of the home when you are not present.
If all you do is an initial service, then the pests that were destroyed will be replaced by others, and sometimes even more once the barrier has broken down. The scheduled services ensure that your home stays pest free. We cater our services to the specific season to ensure maximum effectiveness.

The best way to prepare for your pest control service is to de-clutter your home, and remove any debris, mulch, wood etc. from the base of the outer walls. We recommend a clearance of a foot or more to ensure full accessibility to the home’s perimeter.
We take a variety of payment options. We not only take checks or cash (Cash must be handed directly to technicians) But we also take Credit Cards, and can save them or your Bank account information directly into our encrypted system. You can also do this via your customer portal in the account settings tab.

After your quarterly service you are guaranteed the service for 90 Days. If you are having any issues, please reach out to us, and we will come to work on the issue with no additional charge to you.
We service most of Southern Utah. If you need us to travel for your property specifically outside Iron County, there is an additional travel charge attached to the service. We do offer a route discount when we are servicing multiple locations in a similar area. This saves you from paying for the gas and time of travel associated with the technician coming out for just your home.
We install a trap system that takes advantage of the gopher’s natural instincts. The trap is placed inside their tunnels, and is quick at exterminating the gopher.
Once the initial gopher issue is removed, there is usually a second or 3rd wave as nearby gophers realize that they can take the territory.
The initial cost is typically $200-$300. This is warrantied for 90 days.
