TARGETED SERVICE

INITIAL SERVICE

This is the first service for all of our other services. It is our most detailed service and the length of time depends on the size of the home. We begin with a full sweeping and inspection on the outside of your home. This covers the perimeter, foundation, and eves/roof lines. The perimeter consists of your driveway, walkways, and landscaping around plants. The foundation consists of settling points, entry ways, windows, doors, utilities, garage doors, decks, porches, patios, etc. The eaves/roof lines consist of your dormer, lights, gutters, etc. We will identify all the possibilities for nesting and entry, take down all evidence of pests and treat those areas of nesting first. We’ll also create a barrier in each of these above mentioned places.

BI-YEARLY  & QUARTERLY SERVICE

With our Bi-Yearly or Quarterly Service, we will continue to sweep, inspect, seal, and service your home paying close attention to key areas while creating barriers for unwanted pests in and around your home. We will use sealant around any entry point if we deem it may help to keep pests out. We will also go through and provide rodent control with bait and traps. Between our Quarterly services we guarantee all of our work. If you call us with a pest problem it is our goal to be there within 24-48 hours of your call or when ever best fits your schedule to take care of that problem for free. (Excluding Sundays). Bi-Yearly Services come with a 30 Day guarantee.

INSIDE SERVICE

Our Inside Service is performed on all of our initial services, and whenever needed. On our initial service we will enter your home and sweep all cob-webs down from the ceiling while inspecting home. We will treat corners of rooms, undisturbed areas like behind bookshelves or other furniture, and dark or moist areas found in wall voids, kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, etc. Follow up inside services will be made if our technician sees a problem that can not be solved with our initial service, or as needed. We do not need to service inside each and every time. Once we flush pests outside we focus our time maintaining the barrier around your home, keeping the pests outside.

COMMERCIAL SERVICE

Our Commercial services are performed similarly to residential services, however they are typically performed more frequently (monthly or bi-monthly), and we focus more on those walls that are shared with another business to ensure that any of their pests do not come to your side

TARGETED/SPECIALIZED SERVICE

Our specialized services are the types that require specialized chemicals, equipment, or schedule. These services include but are not limited to Termites, Wildlife removal, Cockroaches, and Bed Bugs. They are priced separately and are priced according to house size, and amount of labor involved.
